I have come to the conclusion.......

......that I have to diet.

That sucks, because I really really love food.  (Duh?  That's a bit obvious, eh?)

It's a bit puzzling though, because I know I consume less than 800 calories on an average day, so the only thing I can figure out is that I need to move my big butt.  Well, the rest of me, too.

It sucks with holidays coming 'round, but oh well...... it's gotta get done.

  2. I think I just had 800 calories for BREAKFAST! What are ya--2 feet tall? Oooh, now you've got me considering my bad eating habits lately...darn.

  3. I agree - you're NOT eating enough. Sounds weird, but what your body is doing is it's going into survival mode because it's not getting enough nutrition. So it STORES FAT, instead of burning it. You have to eat protein, carbs, fiber, etc, etc. to feed your metabolism. At the same time, yes, move your butt and everything else.

  5. I had lost a total of 17 pounds, but alas, have gained back 5 of it.  ::sigh::  What happened to the days of when I was a skinny rail and could eat anything I wanted!
    ::big sigh::

  6. Sad part is the key is moving...and who the heck wants to do that when there are so many fun things to do while sitting...like eating, computing, watching TV :)

  9. YOu look great I dont see the need to deit. I dont eat that much eather like you adn itbugs me cause if I go over 1000 cals a day I get weight gain. drives me nuts. Dieting is daily

You do NOT need to diet woman!!!  Just embrace your womanly curves.  At least that is the conclusion I have come to.  Take me as I am.  I am not ever going to be a size 5, 8, 9 or even 10 anymore and why bother worrying?!?  You don't need to impress the opposite sex anymore.  Your hubby loves you as you are, so STOP WORRYING!!!!  I only consume about 800 calories each day, if that, and sometimes I go all day without eating ANYTHING, just coffee and look at me!!!  I am not skinny at all.  In order to lose weight you have to eat a heck of a lot more than I ever would be able to!

  11. Only 800 calories????  Damn, girl!  That's not good.  Eat at least 2000 and make Jesse give you a "workout" on a nightly basis.  Tell him he's your personal trainer now.  If he hesitates then you have every right to seek a freelancer.
