...sending some love

Most everyone knows what today is..... and the memory of it makes for a somber, sad mood.  It's definitely something we won't...shouldn't....forget.....

.....but in the sadness I hope we can still find some happiness.

Today.....is my dear friend Holly's birthday.  Suckage that it falls on a day that holds so many bad memories for some, and yet.....I hope you celebrate, Holly.....I hope you celebrate your wonderful day with smiles, laughter, and no apologies.

love you lots, girlfriend...

  11. I think there is joy to be taken out of the resilience of the American people and all of the heros that gave so much on that horrible day.  There was a real beauty to be found in the strength of a nation, and nations and the way we all pulled together and supported each other on that day and every day since.

  12. I felt quiet all day long for Spetember 11, and sad that our country had a chance to pull together and then our butthead of a president invaded a country that had done us no harm, and tried to foist it off on Sep. 11th.

    Sigh.
