The puppy's 15 seconds of fame...

I've had a bunch of requests to see the little stray puupy, but since I'm sans camera for the time being, I snagged the picture from the ASPCA website.  It's a little goofy looking, but you all will see why I couldn't say 'no' to him.

Ryan told me that when she and Jesse went to drop off the furball, that the lady said "If he doesn't get adopted between X amount of time, would you like to take responsibility for him?"  and Ryan said yes.   Shock 3   So who knows.  We may end up with another pet.....although I doubt it.....look at how cute he is....and so loveable....I'll bet somebody else will fall in love with him, and take him home....

We shall see...

  5. I'm sure someone will fall in love with him...but I am so glad to know that you will take him and love him as your own if nobody else does.  I honestly believe with all my heart, that those of us who love animals, and who give until it hurts to take care of them...well, I believe we will receive blessings in other ways.  Your love for this dog, and saving him from starvation moved me.  You are good people girlfriend!
So glad I discovered your journal!  And I look forward to knowing you better!

  6. Very adorable.  He reminds me of my favorite stuffed dog when I was younger, and yes, his name was Fluffy.

  9. My grandparents used to have one just like that called "Lady".
    It smelled of chicken gravy.
When it died, we ate it.
No that didnt really happen. I laughed as I typed it, then debated with myself as to whether I should delete it or not. Then thought I may as well leave it in because you will probably have a chuckle.
It did smell of chicken gravy though.
    :o)

  12. Who could resist that face. What if you told Jesse no one claimed him and kept him. You wouldn't be lying because if you keep him no one could claim him (winks)...(Hugs)Indigo
