and this is why I don't give her catnip

Who knows why cats do what they do....

Mine.....Rosalita.....mental case that she is (hey, she fits in here, right?)....has been stalking me. I've just been sitting here and she has been peeking out from the tablecloth and then running away. Then she jumps behind a plant and looks at me. (Yeah, I don't see her...because she's a mighty camoflaged jungle cat.)

After she decided she had stalked me enough, she came up and bit me. Play bites, mind you, but what the hell? Get off me, you nut! Biting wasn't enough, because she decided to climb up my leg, up the chair, ricochet off the chair and jump towards my back. The distance between me and the chair is not much, so you can imagine the claws made contact.

I can imagine the maniacal evil laughter coming from her right about now. (still biting me, she is...)

  3. She is so pretty. But, when you are so pretty you don't have to behave well.

    LOL@ Rachel's comment.:-)

  4. Hi Amy,
That's one kooky cat ... it sounds like she was trying to play a game with you. By the way, there's nothing wrong with talking like Yoda. May the force be with you!
    Best,
    Marty

  7. Heehee... she's so cute.

Bridget, little miss no-tail-havin' kitty has started attacking my leg every time I walk past her. Can you say "attention seeker"?

    I knew you could.

(OK, OK. She does have a tail, but it's only about two inches long. Manx... or some kinda cat that was never meant to have a tail. Her offspring's tail is even shorter.)

  12. Cats have a soft place in my heart anyway, but yours is just adorable. They can be quite the handful. I came downstairs the other morning to find my tree knocked over onto its side, and two cats trying to give the impression they were on the lookout for the gremlins who did it.

    Hope you're well, dear...

    Happy Holidays...

  17. Are all cats a little ferral? I think they're hardwired to go nuts once in awhile! We got ours a stuffed animal filled with catnip and it does the trip real quick!
Hope you all enjoy your holiday together my friend!

  19. She reminds me of a cat that my friend once had. She was soooo wierd, it looked she could turn her head 360* and would lean her head to once side when she looked at you. My friend named her Abby Normal. (lol)
