"Meh. Whatever." Words to live by, that.
Yes! It was balmy here in Arkansas just a couple of days ago and now we have about 8 inches of snow! Great for sledding and hot cocoa :)I see from your profile that you are interested in England! Have you checked out my blog yet?http://picturebritain.com/Every day I post photographs of glorious vistas, charming close-ups, videos, recipes, and interesting tidbits of life in Great Britain for the pleasure of Anglophiles and photo-enthusiasts everywhere!
Ahh, yeah. It was 77 here Friday or Saturday, in the sixties Sunday, low 50s Monday and then BAM! It's 18 degrees with 40 mph winds and wind chills -0.I would sit back and enjoy it, but I have to pick my father up at the airport tomorrow night and there's at least 1/2" of ice on all the roads. The schools have already called snow day for tomorrow, which will be day three of it. And my washer's broken, which I just discovered this morning. But the coffee pot and interwebs still work, so all is not icky!~Em-is-freezing-her-ass-off-in-North-Texas.
Don't worry - if birds depended on humans to keep their feathers clean they'd be pigeons by now. Sorry pigeons, low blow. Okay, they'd be extinct, how's that? Sancho looks very intensely focused.
I heard y'all might be getting snow today! Are you? Crazy, huh? Last Saturday here was way warm - like short sleeves warm (68, I think) and today it's snowing. CRAZY!
We got another 6" of snow on top of the 3" of ice already there. I'm getting a bit sick of it.~Emily
That bird bath looks very sad.
